世の中は連休中・・・

世の中は連休と言って浮かれていますが、私はそう暇じゃないんです。でもトレイルカメラは仕掛けています。

While Rufous Turtle Dove is eating at the tray, sparrows can do nothing but waiting near the bird feed. As soon as Rufous Turtle Dove leaves, sparrows come to continue their meals.

キジバト君は、あの体の大きさですから、かなりの大食いです。彼が去ったあとには、エサがあまり残っていません。それでも、残り少ないエサを分け合って・・・と思ったら、すぐにバトルが勃発してしまいました。
Rufous Turtle Dove eats a lot of foods because of his large body. Thus, after he leaves, the food tray becomes almost empty. But, sparrows come to share the remaining foods... Ah, they fight soon.

トレイルカメラのピント、もう少し何とかなりませんかね

野鳥をもう少し大きく写せないかと思い、もう少しだけトレイルカメラを近づけてみました。結果・・・案の定、ダメでした。

撮影開始から２時間半近く経って、ようやくヒヨちゃんが現れました。しばらくの間、様子を見たあと、食べ始めました。
About 2 hours and 30 minutes passed after starting the record, HIYO shows the late arrival. He stays beside the tray for a certain period of time, and then, he starts eating apples.

HIYO arrives after about 2 hours passed. While I guessed that he completed apple pieces at the first visit, but, at this time, he found other apple pieces remaining.

ぎゅうぎゅうの状態で６羽もいれば、そのうち・・・と思ったら、案の定、始まってしまいました。１羽はいったん屋根の上に避難したあと、すぐに逃げて行ってしまいました。
